Registration Disclaimer & Important Guidelines:
By completing this registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Payment: Enrollment is secured ONLY upon payment of applicable fees. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees are non-refundable. Missed sessions cannot be carried forward.
2. Attendance: Attendance is crucial for skill development and continuity.
3. Safety & Attire: Students must bring a labelled water bottle. Long hair must be neatly tied back; no jewellery/accessories during activities. Students must follow coach/leader instructions at all times. Specific uniforms (e.g., Karate/Jiu-Jitsu Gi, Boxing Gloves) are mandatory as specified in the circular.
4. Health: Parents must disclose ALL medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns prior to enrollment.
5. Right to Modify: The Apple International Community School, Karama reserves the right to modify schedules as needed.
6. Logistics: Parents are responsible for timely pick-up. Students must be collected promptly at the end of the session.
